Our service support desk is available throughout the weekday from 8.00 am to 6.00 pm providing service co-ordination. If you have a breakdown or similar condition and would like us to attend site then please call our support desk who can advise upon likely availability. To understand the nature of a fault and possible repair work please have available:
- Your business name and site
- The machine type and serial number
- Nature of fault and circumstances leading to thefault
- Your contact name and telephone number
Our service rates are:
GBP75.00 per hour for travel, GBP90.00 per hour for site time (overtime is applicable outside of weekday day time), overnight GBP90.00.
Use of test equipment is usually included, we will charge transport for test equipment at cost GBP1.00 per mile if by courier. Prior to finalising the arrangements we will need a written order by email, fax, or hardcopy.
We operate a strong field service network with regionally based service engineers. We draw from every part of the network to help you as circumstances and workload can vary considerably day to day.
