Our work to install and repair Mori Seiki and Hitachi Seiki machines requires certain specialist equipment. The type of equipment we use is not secret and you may benefit from purchasing some of this type of equipment. We can also train you in its use.
In the cases of mill turn machines (our NT models included) and machining centres (NH and NV models included) the purchase of a test bar will give you the ability to simply and quickly check some critical accuracy features.

If geometry is checked frequently you can build a good picture of machine accuracy and likely identify areas for concern at an early stage. The use of test bars following ‘bumps’ on machines is very appropriate.
